It’s not all too often you’ll see me starting Jets offensive players, but Carter is the exception to that rule. He has been elevated off the IR list and designated to return, and I think he will make his triumphant return to the field this week to face off against the Jets divisional rival Dolphins. Prior to his injury, Carter was really starting to get involved in the NYJ offense, and I expect him to return to that role immediately, as the Jets have looked even worse than ever in recent weeks. His floor should be around 12 fantasy points, just what you need out of a starting RB.
